Job Description
The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering assigned projects, ensuring quality and compliance to set standards, driving improvements, and support the building of additional capabilities in practice area.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate data tables and reports for internal and external clients
- Conduct random quality checks on procedures and outputs to ensure accuracy of data delivered
- Create usable and actionable reports for operations KPIs containing analyses and recommendations
- Provide strong support to the current operations team by learning and understanding the business objectives and full operations cycle
- Apply learnings by accomplishing assigned tasks within agreed specifications and timelines
Skills & Experience
- Graduate of B.S. Statistics or Applied Mathematics. An M.S. in Data Science will be an advantage

Job Description
The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming and testing all aspects of online surveys. This individual will work closely with our client service teams to consult on survey design elements and ensure that client projects are completed on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming online surveys with special attention to logic and aesthetics.
- Clean and structure complex data sets in SPSS.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques in SPSS and other programs as assigned.
- Produce client-friendly data cross-tabulations.
- Maintain databases/data systems.
- Define new process improvement opportunities.
- Thoroughly review datasets by reading through open-ended responses and determining quality controls.
Skills & Experience
- Past experience with survey programming, using Decipher and/or Survey Gizmo, and data analysis preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase respondent recruitment and loyalty.
- Develop social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, ad designs, and implementation schedules.
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing efforts.
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content, including e-newsletters, web pages, and blog content, or social media messages.
- Provide social media performance data analysis and metrics reporting, both internally and externally.
